Returns policy

READY TO WEAR RANGE :

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please contact Hafsah via email (hafsahjogee@icloud.com) state why you would like to return the item, an address will be provided there after, postage will have to be made for by the client. Once Hafsah has received the item and it is in perfect condition then Hafsah will provide a refund.
If the clothes have been worn then Hafsah will not accept the refund.
Please note some of the items for the Ready To Wear range are made to measure. Please provide the correct measurements, if you don’t provide the right measurements then your outfit/outfits can’t be adjusted. If you struggle or cannot take measurements please arrange an appointment with Hafsah so she can take the measurements for you. Hafsah is based in Blackburn, Lancashire. 
If clients do go to Hafsah for measurements please allow enough time for Hafsah to take the correct measurements.
Alterations can be made for free if you have provided the correct measurements. If the measurements aren’t correct Hafsah will not be able to adjust the outfit/outfits. If you need to post the item back for alterations then postage will have to be paid by the client. 

If the measurements provided aren’t correct a refund cannot be issued.

BESPOKE RANGE:

With the bespoke range being fully made to measure if measurements are provided wrong then Hafsah will not be able to provide alterations. Postage will have to be paid by the client of alternations do need to be made. 
The bespoke range takes alot longer to make depending on the design you choose as a client so please allow enough time for Hafsah to create your dream outfit. No last minute orders will be taken
